  If I can gave a 0 star, I would like to do that. We (with an infant) arrived around 14h, there were many seats near the window (Next to the river). But they didn't allow us to sit beside the window, even there was 3 others customers over there, and that's because of my infant. The server told me that after she checked with her supervisor! For the security ? I don't think so, because the seats are not on the terras. Discrimination or not? I felt criminal and gone. I don't understand the reviews here givens by the local guides that are clearly different with other ones done by the real customers. Just remind the local guides the honesty !

  I was driving on the Cabot Trail on the 20th May when my wife Nancy and I spotted this beatifully located restaurant...we were at their door at noon and were informed that the day was opening day and to return at 3pm when operations (lobsters/ freshseafood) would commence for the season.
  We went a few kilometers higher and came across a delightful cafe"THE CLUCKING HEN" and after a sample bought their entire stock of fresh baked butter tarts....to die for stuff.
  We returned to Lobster Galley and were the delighted consumers of THE BEST LOBSTER DINNER WE HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE LOBSTERS ARE HARVESTED. THESE CAPE BRETON CRUSTACEANS ARE IN A CLASS OF THEIR OWN.
  THE RESTAURANT SERVED PRIOR TO THE LOBSTER COURSE CLAMS ...PLUMP & SUCCULENT, FISH CAKES AND AWESOME SEAFOOD LINGUINI AND BEING A GLUTTONOUS PAIR WE ALSO HAD THE ZUCCHINI (SLICED AKA SPHAGETTI) WITH SHRIMPS IN A CREAM SAUCE.
  
  THIS WAS OUR FIRST TRIP. AND IT WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE OUR LAST. IF ANYONE LIKES OR CONSIDERS THEMSELF A SEAFOOD AFFICINADO DO NOT...REPEAT DO NOT MISS GOING TO THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOU JUST GO TO THIS ONE SPOT...!!!!

  Overpriced average. Very basic food for such a fantastic area especially just finishing up a fantastic experience around the Cabot Trail. Genuinely cute view for only a handful of tables and the interior is dark. Definitely missed opportunities to make food more authentic and add a nice cap to this holiday weekend. Basic heavy beer batter, pre- packaged tarter sauce, straight cut unseasoned fries, old menus, too quiet almost bored atmosphere. 40$ for two dinners and waters. 30y.o couple
